Raven

Raven is a first-generation student at Lawrence, class of 2023. She is from Saint Louis, MO and is a member of College Bound - Saint Louis. Her majors are Spanish and Psychology and is pursuing teacher’s certification. She participates in the Student Welfare Committee, Black Student Union and the Lawrence University Dance Team. If she’s not studying or participating in the clubs and organizations listed above you can most likely find her in Sabin House on campus - she loves to practice meditation and read about religion and spirituality. 
 

Mindara

Mindara is a current senior Instrumental and General Music Education major from Neenah, Wisconsin. She is involved in the Conservatory Dean’s Advisory Council, is the President of the LU chapter of the National Association for Music Educators (NAfME), and is on the executive board of the Sigma Alpha Iota women’s music fraternity. In addition, Mindara is in many ensembles on campus, including the Lawrence Symphony Orchestra, Kinkaviwo (Ghanian Drumming and Dancing), Sambistas (Brazilian Samba), and the newly formed LU Mariachi Ensemble. 

 

Lauren

Lauren is a sophomore double majoring in Environmental Studies and French. She spends her time as an active member in Lawrence's chapter of Delta Gamma sorority, advocating for the Green New Deal with the youth movement Sunrise, and being a Co-Chair of Greenfire, an environmental justice club on campus. Lauren loves hiking around the Fox River and the iced matcha lattes from the cafe. 

 

Emily

Emily is a senior completing a double degree in Government on the International Relations track and Environmental Studies with a minor in Geosciences. She is a member of the Lawrence Judicial Board and is invoked in the Lawrence Geological Society, the Outdoor Recreation Club and Greek Life. 

 

Nathan

Nathan is a junior from the Los Angeles area studying Philosophy and Biomedical Ethics. He is a part of the LU Swim & Dive team, as well as Recess Club and WLFM. You can often find Nathan doing homework in the Café, swimming in the wellness center, or just hanging around campus. 

 

Subin

Subin is a junior pursuing a double major in biology and computer science with a minor in data science. As an international student from South Korea, Lawrence is her home away from home. You can usually find her preparing labs in the science buildings as a biology stockroom intern, cooking food she misses from back home in Sabin house, or knitting and crocheting in Somerset while watching the sunset!  
 

Tucker

Tucker is a sophomore originally from St. Louis studying Clarinet Performance and Instrumental/General Music Education. He is a Community Advisor in Plantz Hall, the Membership and Outreach Director for LU Student Democrats, and tutors through Volunteers in Tutoring at Lawrence (VITAL).   

David

Hailing from Austin, TX, David Womack is a senior pursuing a Vocal Performance major and Mathematics minor. When he is not in the practice room, choir rehearsal, or opera rehearsal, he is also a member of the Lawrence University Quiz Bowl Team and works on campus as a Writing Tutor, Music Theory/Aural Skills Tutor, and Webcast Score Reader. In his free time, he reads fantasy novels, fences, and practices to maintain his title of reigning table tennis champion at Lawrence. 
 

Isabella

Bella is a senior at Lawrence majoring in Economics. Bella is a third culture kid (TCK) whose most recent home was Cairo, Egypt. She volunteers for Volunteers In Tutoring At Lawrence (VITAL), is a member of Lawrence International (LI) and attends Zumba classes. 

 

Maddy

Maddy is starting her fourth year at Lawrence. She is from Oshkosh, WI, and is studying Biology and Anthropology. She is on the Swim & Dive team and is the communications director for the GlobeMed club on campus. 


 

Evan

Evan is a junior originally from Massachusetts studying English and saxophone performance in the dual degree program. He plays with the wind ensemble and jazz band at LU, as well as a saxophone quartet. He also played a year of varsity soccer and serves on the public events committee. 

 

Dianna

Dianna is a first-generation student from Dallas, TX. She is a junior majoring in English Literature with a double minor is Psychology and ELL. She is working on her teacher certification to teach English as a second language. She is Co-Captain of the Cheer team, the current treasurer of Alianza and also works as a Community Advisor. You can find her grabbing a latte at the Café on campus or somewhere in downtown Appleton. 
 

Hanna

Hanna a sophomore from Los Angeles, CA. She is studying to be a Physical Therapist with a degree in Biology. She is a member of the Lawrence Women’s Soccer and Cycling teams and is in ORC and COLORES. If the sun is shining, keep an eye out for her on campus, cruisin’ on her longboard!
 

Paola

Paola is a first-generation junior from Chicago. She is intending to pursue a major in Government and is also a member of the Clarinet Studio. She is a VITAL Tutor and Treasurer for LU Fiber Artists (LUFA). She also volunteers at the Riverview Gardens and Fox Valley Literacy. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Appleton, trying to read classic novels, and hanging out with her friends. (picture coming soon)

Ryan

Ryan is a junior from the Detroit area studying Trombone Performance and Neuroscience through the Double Degree program. He has played with the Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Jazz Ensemble (LUJE), Jazz Band, and various chamber music ensembles, is part of the Neuroscience club (NeuroLawrence), and has worked with the Center for Academic Success as a Writing Tutor. 


 

Molly

Molly is a senior from Portland, Oregon studying biology and music. They play violin in the Lawrence Symphony Orchestra, often as concertmaster of the ensemble, and in a variety of chamber music groups. They have done scientific research in the synthetic chemistry and computational ecology labs on campus and at off-campus ecology field stations. They have a weekly radio show, they work as a tutor for writing and coding classes, they tutor kids in the Appleton area, and they love running and backpacking. 

 

Anna

Anna is a senior majoring in Biology and Russian Studies. She is part of a sustainable vegetarian co-op, active in Greek life, and volunteers with PAW (People for Animal Welfare). She also volunteers at Custom Canines Service Dog Academy where she trains a service dog.


 

Amellalli

Amellalli is a senior from Chicago studying Psychology and Anthropology. She works in the Center for Community Engagement as the Child Advocacy Service Program Coordinator and matches Lawrence students with Edison Elementary kids through the LARY Buddy Program. She is also President of Panhellenic Council and is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. 
 

Delilah

Delilah is a native Wisconsinite from Door County! Delilah’s connection with Lawrence University started at a young age through visiting Bjorklunden, and now as a sophomore, she is majoring in Religious Studies, pursuing the Lawrence accelerated 3-plus-3 program partnered with Marquette Law School. Delilah is the Vice President of the LU Pre-Law Society, a member of the Mock Trial Leadership Team, and part of Delta Gamma sorority! 
 

Matthew

Matt is a sophomore studying Environmental Studies and Government, who hails from the great state of Illinois. He loves hammocking on the Green, getting ice cream from the Café, and catching up with friends downtown Appleton. He is involved in many student organizations like Greenfire, ORC, Sunrise, and Greek Life. 

 

Charlie

Charlie is majoring in Politics & Material Culture, a multidisciplinary program that draws on the fields of political science, art history, and studio art. They are involved with a few clubs on campus, including the film photographers of LU and SLUG, the Sustainable Lawrence University Garden. They have worked as a studio assistant and started an honors project through the LU Sustainability Grant to create a photobook of self-portraits capture in North Cascade National Park.
